As a Carestream Dental Imaging owner, we want to ensure you receive many years trouble free imaging from your equipment. 360 Care Plus is an enhacement to the manufacturer‘s parts warranty. It not only covers the manufacturer‘s parts but also the labour, for any issues you may run into.

Firmware & Software

One of the most important parts of your new equipment is the software. As this is constantly evolving and improving, it is in your best interest to ensure both the firmware and software is always update up-to date. Your annual service includes a software MOT, this ensures your systems run and smoothly and as effiently as possible.

Choice of service level

The manufacturer’s warranty covers your equipment for either 1 or 2 years depending on your model. The benefits of 360 Cover are an addition to the manufactures warranty. These provide you with complete peace of mind and ensure both your hardware and software are running effiently and are legally compliant with all relevant legislation.

Outstanding Customer Service

We have always prided ourselves on our excellent customer service. We will ensure our Carestream trained technicians install your equipment in a clean and efficient manner. The technician will hand over the machine to practice and ensure you are trained propperly to be able to use the equipment.

At an agreed date soon after this our trainer will visit the practice and ensure you are completely comfortable with both the hardware and software. We will then arrange another visit 6-8 weeks after installation to answer any more detailed questions you may have.

This level of care covers any labour charges you may incur while your equipment is being repaired. It includes telephone support. It does not include an annual service for your equipment.

Key parts care, covers all labour charges and also includes all parts with exception of the X-ray generator and the 3D or 2D Sensor. It includes telephone support. It also includes an annual service for your equipment.

Agreed Service Levels

You will receive a call back from the help desk within 2 working hours of an incident being logged. If this cannot be resolved on the call back with the support desk, a solution will be targeted to be in place within a further 6 working hours of the engineer’s callback.

Next Working Day

Whenever possible, where an engineer is required on site, we will aim to get a specialist on site the next working day. Most diagnoses can be carried out remotely.

Hot Swap

Where possible (IO Cameras and Intra Oral X-ray) we will endeaver to hot swap faulty equipment with either a loan or replacement item. However this service is limited and only available while replacement kit is in stock.
