Precision scanning.
Genuinely wireless.
Most "wireless" scanners still rely on a dock within line of sight. The Helios 700 uses true high-speed WiFi — scan anywhere in the surgery, no positioning required.
True WiFi — No Dead Spots
Flagship-level WiFi with zero-latency lossless transmission. No line-of-sight, no dropouts, no repositioning the dock mid-scan. Move freely around the patient.
High-Precision Scanning
16μm full-arch accuracy, 8μm single-tooth accuracy. Exclusive Helios algorithms combined with a high-performance image sensor exceed clinical requirements on every scan.
24-Bit True Colour
Accurate intraoral colour for shade matching and case presentation. Automatic adaptive colour calibration — no manual calibration needed before scanning.
100-Minute Battery Life
3300mAh battery powers 100+ minutes of continuous scanning — around 60 typical cases per charge. "Charge and Go" wireless handle charging. Wakes instantly from sleep.
Cloud Software — No Subscription
Helios cloud software is included with no monthly fees, no licence renewals, and no hidden costs. Exports to exocad and all major CAD platforms. Updates are automatic.
225g Ergonomic Design
Streamlined, perfectly balanced handpiece at just 225g. 20mm depth of field handles challenging clinical areas. Built for all-day clinical use without fatigue.

The Orion System
Turn your Helios 700 into a full-arch implant scanning platform. Designed for All-on-X, full-mouth rehabilitation, and complex multi-implant cases.
Full-arch restoration,
defined in microns.
Capturing multiple implant positions accurately across a full arch is one of the hardest challenges in digital dentistry. Conventional scanners struggle with soft tissue movement and lack of reference points — particularly in edentulous or immediately loaded cases.
The Orion System solves this with specially designed horizontal scan bodies and proprietary 3D-grammetry positioning software, achieving better than 20-micron full-arch accuracy.
Showcased at AEEDC Dubai 2026 and Expodental 2026 — integrates directly with the Helios 700 and Helios cloud software.
Compatible implant systems:
Horizontal Scan Bodies (S, M, L)
Attach horizontally to multi-unit abutments using the Orion screwdriver. Flat surfaces and unique geometry give the scanner optimal reference points across the arch.
Scan with the Helios 700
A two-step protocol: pre-op soft tissue scan, then scan with bodies in place. Dramatically faster than traditional impression or photogrammetry workflows.
3D-Grammetry Software
Proprietary software automatically aligns bodies, corrects for distortion, and calculates precise implant positions — better than 20 microns full-arch accuracy.
Export & Design
Export directly to exocad or your CAD software. Ideal for titanium bars, zirconia bridges, immediate loading, and surgical guide fabrication.
360 Visualise — not just a box shifter.
We install, train, and support every scanner we sell. Our clinical team knows the Helios 700 and Orion system inside out.
Full Training Included
Hands-on training for your whole team at your practice. Setup, scanning technique, software workflow, and Orion protocol if needed.
Ongoing Support
Pick up the phone. We're a small, specialist team — you'll speak to someone who knows the Helios 700 and can help straight away.
Demo Available
Try the scanner at our centre or at your practice. See the scan quality, experience true wireless freedom, and explore the Orion system before you commit.
Less Than Half the Price
Comparable systems cost £25,000–£40,000+. The Helios 700 delivers equivalent — and in some ways superior — performance at a fraction of the cost.
Finance Available
Spread the cost with Braemar Finance, Performance Finance, or Aspired Finance. Monthly payments make the upgrade straightforward.
Part of Your Ecosystem
The Helios 700 integrates with Eighteeth's NanoPix sensors and CBCT systems. One supplier, one support team, one consistent digital workflow.
