Upgrading from an older camera
Old camera. New Windows.
Windows 10 support ended in October 2025. Many older intraoral cameras, and the software that runs them, were never updated for Windows 11. If your camera stopped working after a PC upgrade, this is the fix.

Does the CS 1300 work on Windows 11?
Yes. It is plug and play with Carestream CS Imaging 8 and needs no drivers. If your old camera stopped working after a move to Windows 11, the CS 1300 is a direct replacement.
Is there a subscription for the software?
No. The Carestream imaging software comes with a free licence. There is no subscription.
Will it work with my practice management software?

How is it installed?
