Our Story · Since 2010

We're not a corporation.
We answer the phone.
We don't pass you around.

360 Visualise started in a small room in Ilkley as the UK's first dedicated CBCT scanning centre — just three of us. Sixteen years later we've grown across the country, but we've stayed independent. No call centres. No layers of management. No middlemen taking a cut.

That's why we're still fast, still fair, and still able to pass the savings on to you.

National coverage

Fast coverage, wherever you are.

It's the question we're asked most: Do you cover London? Do you cover Scotland? The answer is yes — we cover the whole of the UK, with engineers who can reach you fast.

From Aberdeen and Dundee in the north to Land's End in Cornwall, our engineers and clinical trainers are positioned across the country. We have particularly strong coverage in the South East and London, with multiple engineers based in and around the capital, so practices in Greater London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and the surrounding areas get some of the fastest response times in the UK.

March 2010

The first of its kind

We opened the UK's first dedicated CBCT scanning centre, in Ilkley — giving dentists access to 3D imaging most had only read about.

2013

From scanning to supplying

Dentists kept asking how they could have this technology in their own practice. So we sold our very first CBCT scanner — and a new business was born.

Word gets around

One became ten. Practices trusted us because we installed it properly and stayed until it worked.

Building the bench

To support every practice properly, we brought the whole journey in-house — engineering, clinical training and sales.

2019

The hundred mark

We passed 100 scanners installed — and grew the support behind them, adding a dedicated remote team so help was always a phone call away.

2020

Room to grow

We bought our own building — with space for a proper training facility — and secured planning permission to transform it into The Octagon.

The plan: a home for training, service and support, built around our customers.

2024

The £1m build begins

Work started on a £1m conversion of The Octagon. By now we'd passed 200 CBCT scanners, with engineers covering the whole country.

Our grand opening — a purpose-built home for UK dentistry's 3D imaging: training suites, clinical support and the same team that started in one room in Ilkley.
