Which Carestream CBCT units do the bite block sleeves fit?
The sleeves fit the 3D bite blocks on the Carestream CS 8100 3D, CS 8200 3D and CS 9600. They are made to the same dimensions as the Carestream sleeve, so your routine does not change.
How much cheaper are your sleeves than the Carestream ones?
Our pack is 100 sleeves for £44.90 + VAT. That is 45p a sleeve. The Carestream pack is 80 sleeves for £129 + VAT, which is £1.61 a sleeve. You pay 72% less per scan.
Will the sleeve show up on the scan?
No. The sleeve is a thin, radiolucent barrier film. It leaves no shadow or streak on the reconstruction.
Which 3D bite block do I need?
Use the standard 3D bite block (5311204) for most scans. It is lettered A to G so you can pick the scan area on screen. Use the molar bite block (5311212) for molar-region scans and the offset molar bite block (5500228) for third molars.
Can I try a sleeve before I buy a pack?
Yes. Call 01943 601222 and we will post you a sample. Check the fit on your own bite block, then order.
Do you offer prices for groups or standing orders?
