How much does the Acteon C50 cost in the UK?
The HD version is £2,125 + VAT (£2,550 inc. VAT). The Fluorescence version is £2,707.50 + VAT (£3,249 inc. VAT). Both include UK delivery, installation and training from 360 Visualise.
What is the difference between the HD and Fluorescence versions?
Both take Full HD pictures with five framing modes. The Fluorescence version adds Cario mode, which shows early caries and plaque in colour, and Perio mode, which shows gingival inflammation.
How does Cario mode work?
The camera shines a specific wavelength of light on the tooth. Early carious lesions and plaque fluoresce differently from healthy tooth, so they appear as a clear colour change on screen.
Will it work with my practice software?
The C50 connects by USB and is TWAIN compatible, so it works with most dental practice and imaging software. Call us on 01943 601222 and we’ll check yours before you order.
How soon can I have it?
Both versions are in stock. We normally dispatch within 2 to 3 working days, then arrange installation and training with you.
