We've looked after your imaging for years. Now we want to be as good at intraoral scanning as we are at CBCT — and we'd rather start with practices we already know.
We're not clearing stock.
We want intraoral scanning to be our next big category, the way CBCT has been. That means getting Helios into practices we already look after — people who'll tell us honestly how it performs, and tell their colleagues if it's good.
So we're offering it to 360 Visualise customers at £5,000 + VAT, against our advertised price of £7,000. We can't publish that price. This is by email for a reason.
In return we'd ask two things: your honest feedback after 90 days, and permission to mention you if you're happy with it. That's the whole deal.
The offer closes on 30 September. After that it goes back to list, and we won't run it again this year.

This is the part that surprises people. It isn't a scan-and-export tool with a design service bolted on — the design happens on the machine, in the surgery, while the patient is still in the chair. Print it in the practice, or send the design straight to your lab.

Full arch in 25 seconds, wireless, 225g in the hand. No cable to the cart and no dead spots in the surgery.
Design
The crown is proposed on the machine, chairside. Adjust the margin and the contacts yourself, or leave it to the lab.
Simulate
Show the patient the likely outcome before treatment starts, from the same scan. No extra appointment, no separate software.
Nothing hidden behind the headline.
Helios does the design work in the surgery, in real time, and that needs a proper machine — not the reception PC. We supply the laptop at cost. We don't make money on hardware. We make it on the scanner and on looking after you afterwards.
If you already have a machine that meets the spec, use it. We'll check it for you before you commit.
Our advertised price for the scanner alone is £7,000 + VAT — and that needs the same laptop.
60 months at 5.25% through Bramar, Performance Finance or Aspired. Subject to status.

Eighteeth's published recommendation is an RTX 4060 or better. We spec above it, because the AI design work is heavier than scanning alone and we'd rather it was quick than adequate.

Minimum we'll support: RTX 4060 6GB, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 15.6" FHD, USB 3.0, Windows 10 or 11. Below that we can't guarantee it will run properly — and we'd rather tell you now than after it's on your worktop.

Why is it so much cheaper than the scanner I was quoted?
Different manufacturer, different route to market, and we buy well. It isn't a cut-down version of something else. Book a demo and judge it on what it does.
We've already got a scanner.
Then you know the workflow, which makes this a shorter conversation. Tell us what you're using and we'll be straight with you about whether Helios is worth the change. Sometimes it won't be.
Will my lab take the files?
Open STL. Any lab taking digital impressions can work with it. Tell us who you use and we'll confirm before you commit.
Who trains my nurses?
We do, on site, as part of the price. That's the bit most practices worry about, and it's the bit we're best at.
Can I use a laptop I already own?
If it meets the spec above, yes. Send us the model and we'll check it before you order anything.
