Returns
In line with your statutory rights under UK law, if a product is faulty, defective, or incorrectly supplied, you are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you immediately regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exceptions
Please note that custom orders, consumables, software, and opened accessories may be excluded from standard returns unless faulty or defective.
