When will my printer arrive?

As soon as the crown resin is certified. It's in the final stage now. New to Helios? We install your scanner straight away.

Is my deposit refundable?

Yes. Your £1,000 +VAT deposit is fully refundable until your printer ships.

Will it work with my scanner?

It works with Eighteeth Helios scanners only (500, 680 and 700). That's why the package includes the Helios 700.

I can't do CAD design. Is that a problem?

No. AI Crown does up to 90% of the design. You check the margin, contacts and thickness, then adjust. We train you on every step.

Do I need a separate curing unit?

No. Curing is built into the printer.

Can I still use my lab?

Yes. Export open STL files for any case you want your lab to make.
