This product must be installed exclusively by a Carestream-authorised trained engineer to ensure correct operation, safety, compliance with applicable regulations (including IR(ME)R where relevant), and optimal performance. A critical examination (acceptance testing) must also be carried out by a suitably qualified and authorised engineer following installation.
360 Visualise is an authorised Carestream partner, and our trained engineers are fully authorised and qualified to perform both the installation and the required critical examination of Carestream products.Although we offer this product for separate purchase (enabling customers to arrange installation themselves), installation and the critical examination must nevertheless be carried out by a Carestream-authorised trained engineer. Any installation, commissioning, critical examination, modification, or initial set-up performed by unauthorised personnel, the customer, or any third party not authorised by Carestream will invalidate the product warranty in its entirety.
The limited warranty supplied with this product (or as set out in our standard terms and conditions) applies only if:
  • the product is installed and critically examined by a Carestream-authorised trained engineer (such as those provided by 360 Visualise), and
  • all subsequent servicing, repairs, or modifications are undertaken by Carestream-authorised personnel or as otherwise expressly permitted under the warranty terms.
